 Alvarado's GDF is a single direction, spring action, self-closing gate designed for normal, light duty use in retail stores, schools, libraries, and other applications. The GDF gate includes a stop tab welded to the gate arm, limiting the swing of the gate to a single direction. A tension spring contained within the hinge post provides a smooth, self-closing action. GDF gates can be installed as a stand-alone gate, or may be used in conjunction with post and rail systems, pre-configured with factory-installed rail outlets mounted to the hinge and stop posts. The GDF provides a comfortable 36" passage width, and may be ordered in right or left-hand gate swing configurations. Standard finish is high-polish chrome, with optional satin stainless steel, or color powder coat finishes also available.
