www.turnstiles.us, inc. provides a 10-day, no questions asked, money back guarantee on all products and services purchased, except special order items. Special order items will be charged a 35% restocking fee; these special order items include but are not limited to all Turnstiles & Biometric Card Access Systems.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail ( patrick.mcallister@turnstiles.us ) or phone (303 670 1099 ext 11) and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization Number. No restocking fee is charged, excluding special orders, if the items are returned in perfect condition. All items listed as "ALL SALES FINAL" will not be accepted if returned, and no credit will be issued.
Actual shipping charges paid by www.turnstiles.us, inc. will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you. - Return the merchandise to us within 10 days of your original receipt of the order.
- The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
- You must include all packaging materials.
- Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
- All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
- Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default.
- You must pay any return shipping expense.
- Display the RMA # prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund.
- If you paid with a Credit Card, 6% will be deducted from the refund price
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 10 days of original delivery, we will issue credit to your charge account. You may elect to receive store credit towards another purchase or to simply receive a refund. Delivery Time:
Non-custom items (such as card readers, proximity - barcode - magstripe cards, finger print scanners, card access controllers, etc) will be shipped the day after your order is received. The method of freight will determine delivery to your door.
Custom items (Turnstiles) have a normal lead time of 3 to 4 weeks. Expediting is available for an additional 15% handling/overtime fee (factory employees will work overtime and on weekends to expedite orders). |
